1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations

Mazego ships internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations and carrier restrictions.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. Mazego is not responsible for these charges.

Customers are responsible for complying with their country's import regulations.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at our customer support email within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production or fulfillment may have already begun, and changes may no longer be possible.
